perfect location back to the trainstation made it easy to get to key attractions. the staff was exceptionally nice and competent, i'm grateful for their help. stayed in stunning family room with a balcony as well as an amazing view.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

The standard double room was authentic and perfect for what we needed. The location of the hotel was amazing and good, back to the trainstation.

Special and wonderful hotel in a beautiful area just next door to the trainstation, the restaurant and the mountain. Large room with an Art Nouveau interior. Comfortable beds and EXCELLENT service. Stunning and magnificent location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Lake Braises.

Request a room away from the kitchen to avoid noise and odors during your stay.

The view of lago di braies is just fine, even in autumn when the lake was frozen. The breakfast was fantastic, with great vegan options. The staff was super helpful and friendly, especially at the reception and restaurant. Lua, the pastry chef, makes the best desserts ever! My room had a nice bathtub.

The hotel shows off its historic charm beautifully, but it could use an upgrade in some amenities.
